Christina Cuadra

My name is Christina Cuadra and I have been a massage therapist for the last 13 years and have loved every minute of it! I am a graduate of Everest College and South Bay Massage College where I learned to specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue sports massage. I have spent my career working in chiropractic and sports medicine clinics, which has allowed me to work with people of all ages, cultures and physical abilities. It has also afforded me the opportunity to work with clients pre- and post surgery, who have suffered with injuries and ailments from A-Z. I am so excited to be working with Raphie at her new practice and hope that you will give me the opportunity to treat you to some relaxation and pain relief.

Calling all weekend warriors, hobby enthusiasts, gym rats and other active humans! Sports massage focuses on alleviating pain and discomfort caused by over use of our bodies. Firm to deep kneading strokes mixed with stretching, to increase range of motion, allow for you to get back to doing the things you love.

Prenatal massage

Are you expecting? Come in and get some relief from all the new changes your body is facing while it is creating your beautiful bundle of joy. This massage is done while client is lying on her side using light to medium-light effleuraging strokes to squeeze out muscle aches and promote relaxation.
